We use this on our Franke hot and cold water dispenser and have only bought the official product. We do not have any problems - as it is only changed once during the year - and use GRL Direct as they have always been so helpful and go the extra mile for their clients. Easy to install but very expensive
Previous Pro M filter had lasted 8 months. New filter was very easy and straight forward to connect and with minimal water leakage. However at £80 it is expensive in comparison to other filters.
