Have already got two of Dr Rupy's books, they are all fabulous. I had a liver health scare last year and bought these books to help me understand more about what I should be eating and why. He is a real NHS Doctor with amazing insight into healthy eating following his own health problems. I followed the recipes, which are easy to make, mainly but not all plant based, and turned my health problem round losing a stone in weight as well. I have never looked back and my GP was amazed at the results. This book is my third of his, I like the fact all the recipes are either 3 fruit or veg, for 2 people in 1 pot....hence the title. Easy to follow, no silly gimmicky ingredients, lovely pictures to accompany most of the recipes and above all super healthy. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
