    I don't know about you, but I have always had loads of recipe books on my kitchen shelf, some with one or two recipes that I occasionally made, others that I didn't open ever! But Dr Rupy's 3-2-1 has completely changed the way I eat and think about food, and I turn to it for at least one meal idea EVERY DAY! I started listening to G.P. Rupy Aujla's podcasts a couple of months ago and he is utterly brilliant. His mission is to help everybody live their best lives through nutrition and lifestyle, and many of his recipes are available free on his website because he is so determined to spread the word. I started using them three months ago and feel the fittest and healthiest I ever have in 60 years! I bought the book recently as it's easier to flick through the pages than scroll, and I also like to see his smiling face every morning to remind me that today I can live my Best Life!

    Have already got two of Dr Rupy's books, they are all fabulous. I had a liver health scare last year and bought these books to help me understand more about what I should be eating and why. He is a real NHS Doctor with amazing insight into healthy eating following his own health problems. I followed the recipes, which are easy to make, mainly but not all plant based, and turned my health problem round losing a stone in weight as well. I have never looked back and my GP was amazed at the results. This book is my third of his, I like the fact all the recipes are either 3 fruit or veg, for 2 people in 1 pot....hence the title. Easy to follow, no silly gimmicky ingredients, lovely pictures to accompany most of the recipes and above all super healthy. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
