My daughter‘s iPhone 13 for sale. One day it just wouldn’t turn on again. This iPhone was bought in December 2023 from EE directly. It has never been repaired or needed repair anywhere but yet when we reported this fault to EE, when it didn’t turn on one day, they took it in to repair and said that it had been repaired by a non Apple approved repair shop and the void stickers have been removed. I went into an Apple phone shop near us and they confirmed that Apple don’t put any void stickers in their products so what EE is saying is incorrect. So I genuinely don’t know what is wrong and who is telling the truth. All I know is the phone won’t turn on.
