Inficon UL 200 valve and manifold assembly. The larger valve bears part number 20030104. Bolts up to the turbomolecular pump (and other components) in the Inficon UL 200 helium leak detector. Pulled from complete UL 200 system, and looks clean enough, but functional status unknown. I will perform any test you request that's in my capabilities.
