Worth the money
Having now used it a few times since I wrote my last review. I cam say that this scythe is very much fit for purpose, it swings really nice and the results are mostly down to how you grind the blade - primary at 19degrees with a secondary at 21degrees - it takes a fair bit of effort to get it there but it's worth it Really nice tool

Not fit for purpose. Spent the whole day...
Not fit for purpose. Spent the whole day sharpening the blade so sharp it can easily slice a tomatoes. Tried to use but it's the wrong angle to cut anything. Tried different configurations and postures. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely useless - very poor quality - just not robust/string enough to cut anything more than grass but nowhere near sharp enough to cut even that. Very flimsy, blade just bent!!!
