Good low end in a lightweight package
I was looking to add more "power and paper" to our PA rig and yet be flexible for different sized venues. We have four PRX815xlfw units that we can use in various combos with (or without) our 18" subs to produce loud and clear low end. One thing I really like is the fact that each unit is less than 60 pounds and we can easily move and stack them. A stacked pair of these with a PRX815 full range cab on top (for each side) are great for small/medium sized venues while a single unit with a mounting pole and the single PRX815 full range are more than adequate for a small club. Solid, powerful, and compact 15 inch Subwoofers
I bought two of the on an open box sale. I literally paid half price, or got one speaker completely free. These 15 inch PRXs go great with my other JBL speakers. They lack a little bit of the super low end rumble that my EON 18inch subwoofers have. The PRX 15 inch subs pair well with nice top speakers, they sound nice and punchy with plenty of low end in a small to medium sized indoor venue or enclosed patio. I also like them very much for my mobile PA system because they are fairly compact for how powerful they are. I can fit them into smaller vehicles and their smaller profile is easy to decorate around. Overall great buy and a solid addition to my speaker business inventory.

Clean, tight, low end with JBL quality
This sub brings the full, tight, low end you would expect of a 15" sub. Its relatively light weight and an easy load in and out for one person with a dolly.
