This is a wonderful product and very well priced we had a raclette many years ago but this has moved on in leaps and bounds on the against the old one . We have used it 4 times already with friends it makes a fantastic social evening, our friends were that impressed with it they have ordered one. It produces a very good heat and cooks very well , after you have finished it takes about 2 hours to cool down and then you can clean it which doesn't take long.
