Good way to change sleeping patterns
I bought two Bed Wedges. One for me. One for wife. As a "side sleeper" I always had body pains in the morning - back, hips, knees, neck. I regularly switched from left to right sides and back during the night. Could not ever seem to learn to sleep on my back. Wife - same. Bed Wedge has changed that. Now fall asleep and wake in same position and feel no pain in any of the old places. Only negative has been excess firmness of the Wedge. I use a down pillow to soften the pressure. Also, had to develop new way of making the bed and settled on positioning the leg supports in front of back supports with former decorative pillows in front of it all. Not a great solution, but acceptable.
