A kitchen treasure.
Once you get the hang of this machine it produces lovely ice cream. Equally once you get the hang of taking it apart to clean, its very easy. One draw back it came with out instructions on how to dismantle it and I didn't find any instructions on the company website either. But when I looked at promotional video's on youtube a lady from India showed me how it was done and also offered helpful hints on how to make icecream which was soft after it had been frozen.
