Quick, quiet, easy to use and the recipe for wholemeal bread is excellent. You can vary the mix of white and wholemeal strong flour to your taste and it all turns out seemingly perfectly and the paddle stays in the pan, not inside the loaf! :-s So glad I bought this, my third bread maker and the best by far. Can’t believe Lakeland sent me an angel of the kitchen!
Previously I’d always dismissed bread makers after sampling breads made by other people. I baked the traditional way and planned to continue, but arthritis had other plans! I purchased this wonderful machine and together we produce lovey loaves etc. My one regret is that I didn’t buy one much sooner.
