Really great item. Even I can cook with it! A little bulky, so only buy it if you have room for it. Works like an ordinary oven except the heat comes from a halogen bulb. You can cook a large chicken in this along with all the roasters at the same time. There are lots of recipes on the net. Easy to use...just two dials, timer and temperature.
