Excellent value for money product and outstanding customer service
This was bought to replace my original Mercedes power steering fluid, and it works great and if I remember correct this one is almost 10 times cheaper then original. I did not even have equipment to get all the old fluid out, I removed as much as I could probably around 80% and then just added this, and it works faultless. I still recommend for everyone to follow the correct instructions and remove original fluid and flush the system before replacing it with anything that is different to what is already in there, since according to formal guidance if fluids get mixed it may cause malfunction or failure that can lead to further damages. Service by Eurocarparts was simply outstanding, I had bought second item by mistake and wanted to cancel the purchase, however, it got posted automatically, nevertheless I was totally impressed how quick and professional the customer service resolved it, always stick to reputable dealers where possible they are far more likely to have better trained customer service personnel therefore better service not mentioning they will supply safe and quality products, unlike countless amateur sellers.
