Perfect replacement part
Excellent product - perfect fit - Can't get better than that. I've had my Transcend dash cam for about 3 years now but after moving it to a few different cars the adhesive tape would not stay stuck to the windscreen. I tried a number of different tapes to secure it but the wouldn't stand up to the heat generated through the windscreen and kept falling off leaving a bit of a sticky mess. This new holder has the required tape already fixed to it and has stayed stuck firmly to my windscreen as required. I wouldn't drive anywhere without a dash cam and the Transcend range are unbeatable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Safest dashcam mount

Transcend mount
I have 2 x transcend dash cams in my car (1xfront/1xrear) and I now use adhesive pads on both cameras. The suction mounts are ok provided the window is totally flat. On the rear window the slightly raised heated element prevented the suction mount from staying put and on the front screen the mount would not stick to the black shaded area around the rear view mirror - both problems sloved by using the adhesive mount.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Stays stuck!
This was needed to stick to some patterned glass behind my drivers rear view mirror. The suction holder wouldn't stay put. You only get one chance with this! So make sure you get the position right.
