Not a great product. Not blaming anyone, tv had damage. it was packaged perfect.

With this TV, you would have to be greedy to want HDR. Picture quality is great. 4K at 60Hz is all anyone needs. Sound quality is what it lacks in. It gets loud enough but it is tiny and had no base. It sounds better on it's surrounded sound option. I still use it over my sound system and it is okay. Issued remote not only have all the needed button (even in redundancy) but also extras so you can program to do whatever you wish plus others to control connected devices (haven't tried that out).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I love the tv it works great. The first that I received was broken. I replaced it and all is great. Does everything I wanted to do. Very easy to install, setup and use. Covers most of the options that I can think of and works very well in my home theater. Unexpected Find
The picture seems to be brilliant. No issues so far!! If it holds up for a couple of years, I would highly recommend this TV for someone who wants a nice picture who isn't picky on sound. Or someone who doesn't need a lot of extra ports. I recommend buying a basic sound bar and hope the picture last a few years, I would buy the warranty I'm sure they won't try to fix it I think they will probably just send you a new one at that price.
