Not good I'm afraid .☹️
Product arrived on time ,and that's where it went down hill .Have tried it several times in accordance with the written directions .Unless we all have a body temperature of 33 _ 34 degrees Celsius ,this item is faulty .It also informed me the box that the thermometer beeps when it has read the temperature but ours doesn't ( and yes we have left it in place for at least a minute ,again in accordance with the instructions .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
