good cheap 3d printer with alot of upgrade potential
for an £80 3d printer it works suprisingly well i had a few problems (one om my motors was defective but they replaced it quickly) some of the wiring could be of better quality but all in all not a bad device if you are not mecanicly minded i would not get this product the instructions are of limited use although there is a youtube vid that shows the prosess (it took me 4 hours ish to build)
the print quality is ok but needs alot of tweeking to produce very fine prints (i would recomend printing additional structurs for the printer lots avaliable for this modle on Thingiverse CTC Prusa I3 Pro B)
so if you are looking for a printer with alot of upgrade potential at a reasonable price i recommend this one
if you just want to print without any hassle i would buy a more prebuilt solution.
Flimsy but prints OK. Use an RCD for safety reasons.
I bought this for my son as an introduction to 3D printing. It is a bit flimsy, as you’d expect for the low price, but it prints fine and he loves it.
Most concerning is how easy it is to touch 240V live parts after building it. I covered them and always use an RCD adapter to ensure safety.
