I bought it t because , i spend a lot of time on pc because of my computer graphic job . And sometime after a long day i felt little tension on my hand . then i wanted to try a solution with this mouse .Maybe a little bit early to say but after a month of use my hand feels relax . It was very easy to switch from a regular mouse . i like the fact tha the mouse is big enought because i realy hate small mouses ( Mac's mouse is beautifull but uncomfortable ). I bought one more mouse for a friend that got very serious medical problems with his forehand but it was disturbing for him and he did'nt adopted it ( the problem was more deep for him the doctors haven't found any solutions after months and a surgical operation) . The next page and last page buttons are almost impossible to use because they are directly behind the left button and in order to press them you end up clicking the left button as well.
