I've bought this mouse to try and see, I wasn't sure that it is really comfortable or usable. After 10 minutes I was sure that I'm sticking with it. I find it much less tiring to work longer sessions on my computer. The wireless feature is also nice, nothing to complain about. If I had to say one thing I don't like, that would be it's weight - I'd like it more if it was a bit heavier.

The shape and idea behind this mouse is great, but it's a bit too big for me and also a bit too heavy. The scroll wheel is effectively too high - when I relax my hand it is level with the tip of my first finger rather than my middle finger so I constantly have to hold my hand up to use the scroll. I didn't realise before, but I lift a mouse a little sometimes when using it - to reduce friction and move more quickly from one area to another on the screen. This is very difficult with this mouse because the material it is made with is so smooth and is quite heavy so my hand tends to slips and the mouse falls through! I stuck a couple of little blobs of white tack on it and that helps a bit but is not ideal! I also normally use a mouse mat, but this mouse works much better on a really smooth surface without a matt. The main two buttons are pretty responsive, but also quite big compared to some and not the quickest mechanically I've used. The scroll is also responsive and has a good grip, but you feel the clicks quite a lot - which is not ideal for someone looking to get a mouse which relieves any kind of RSI or hand/wrist problems. The opitcal response is excellent however. I haven't had to use the other buttons. Which is lucky because they are not positioned where I can easily reach them.Read full review

My wrist RSI was very painful before I started using this about 10 days ago, I now only get twinges, and they don't stop me working, so I think it's doing its job. It also took me several days to get a rapid enough double click to open files because my index finger is at a different angle. It's a bit flimsily built so it took me a while to get the charger plug in because the case was partly over the hole. It also took me a little while to realise that when you have left it for a bit, and it automatically shuts off, you can get it to start again by just tapping it on the desk. I am very glad I bought it, I have stopped wearing a support on my wrist now except for long distance driving.

I didn't think I'd like this as much as I have done so far since buying it. I have arthritis and get cramps from time to time in both of my hands however, using this mouse instead of a standard mouse it has been very comfortable and extremely easy to get used to. I recommend this to anyone that is wondering about 'ergonomic' types of 'mice'. Forget the keyboards a standard keyboard is quite adequate (this is from a true original touch-typist by the way for 46 years so I think I know what I'm talking about with keyboards). As I've said this is very good for those of us that suffer from a bit of arthritis and maybe even carpal-tunnel syndrome although I haven't got that.

I love the idea of a vertical mouse, and it definitely feels like a more natural way to control my PC. However my other mouse (Logitech MX-something) remains first choice for images, video, music notation and anything else requiring precision. The Anker is fine for day-to-day mousing, but without more weight at the bottom it's too easy to tip it when clicking or moving. I'm also underwhelmed by the DPI control: there is no feedback to tell you which setting you're on, hence no idea whether clicking the button will makes things better or worse. Over all, though - and especially at the keen price - I'm happy to keep have it as part of my setup.
