Ok so im already light blonde but wanted to lighten up, so i used a hair dye and it left me with little bits, so i purchased this and left it on for 5 mins, it did take some yellow out but not all. I've tried a few purple shampoos and the Fanola no yellow is definitely the best. I have lightened hair that can look yellow and prefer an ashy look. It doesn't leave your hair dry like some others.
