for what it is it is a very good body message oil leaving a nice tingle on the skin with hints of aroma, upon tasting the oil is doesn't leave any residue on the tongue and safe to use either way you use it. doesnt tend to stretch as far as i would expect for it to be, had to use over a quarter of a bottle to complete what it was designed to do. as fas as price comes its over priced, as i would expect 5 usages and i would need to buy another one, left asure this purchase was an impulse buy and i wouldnt probly buy it again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
