Good for the money, but...
Very capable preamp, small, compact and seems well made. Lots of features that are included whcih you would normally expect on much higher priced units. Two quibbles, first it is tremendously bass heavy. I doubt the accuracy of the stated frequency response as the bass was unbearable in my system. Had to use the low frequency cut function and turn the bass down a notch to be able to stand it. This however is a good thing if you have a system where a bit more bass would benefit. Second quibble is the loudness function is far too high in low and high frequency boost at 9 dbs. Normally a loudness boost would be about 3 db. This is a great Preamp for disco or PA use but IMHO, it is not a hi-fi device.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
