Fast acting energy boost
My daughter recommended this pre workout powder and as she is doing a phd in chemistry I trust her judgement on the ingredients.. I have to say I do 6am workouts and this keeps me going throughout and i am 54. It does give you a tingly effect that you do feel particularly in your fingers shortly after taking it but it soon passes, its not unpleasant so do not worry it means its working according to my daughter. It does not happen everytime so everybody is different. Price is very good value also considering other products out there. So give it a go you might be surprised I was, its better than 2 cups of cofee to get me going in the morning. It is quite sweet mixed up but you can dilute it more than i do, I take 2 scoops in a small glass of water and drink straight back.Hope this helps.

Definitely worth trying.
As an over 50s gym goer I have noticed a gradual dip in performance over the years,ive always taken post workout protein but never a pre workout supplement,so after some research decided to give Xellerate a go,due to positive reviews & value,and am surprised & delighted with the results. It has certainly given me more oomph which has resulted in longer workouts with more quality reps. So I will certainly be buying again & would recommend you give it a bash.
