Very misaligned; can't do specific threading with enclosed change gears
Nothing is aligned, which means turning a rod with a consistent diameter isn't possible -- it comes out tapered! The tool holder is too low to cut in the midline and you have to use shims to raise it up. The tailstock is misaligned so that using it with a center or drill chuck results in it being off centered. The included change gears match nothing in the metric or inch thread charts and you might as well remove them because you won't be able to cut any predictable threads. The instructions are poorly written with pictures too fuzzy to identify anything. Don't buy this -- you deserve much better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
