Great strap for your heavyweight guitar!
At 3" wide this is a great strap for a Les Paul or similar heavyweight guitar. Spreads the weight a bit on your shoulder. These straps are well made, lightweight and nicely priced. I've had one for my Les Paul for years, recently bought another for a Yamaha SG1000. Recommended.

I like these, I now have three. They are extremely hard-wearing and will last for years. I use elliptical strap pins on all my instruments so the strap stays on the guitar in the case between gigs. As there are no metal parts on this strap, there's no chance of it scratching my guitar, but I always lay a microfiber cloth between the guitar and strap while it's in the case to be sure. I wouldn't recommend polypropylene for any neck-heavy guitar though as it doesn't grip your shoulder, go for suede instead.
