A large capacity which is grand for a table-top oven. Max temp only 220 C. Hobs and oven can not be used in combination. I assume these are because of a power-draw precaution. Frankly, I accept this as a safety feature. Being new, this oven out performs my old oven with accurate temperature settings and efficient hobs. I am very satisfied with this product.
