Easy to put together, instruction are very good, after looking on line at people assembling this type of sand blasting cabinet I was not looking forward to putting this together so I was surprised this model was a lot better to assemble, I would certainly recommend this model.

This product took me 6hrs to put together! Not because I don't know my way around a tool box (I built Motorhomes) but because the instruction manual doesn't match the product. It's like amendments have been made to the design but the manual wasn't updated. There were 12 nuts and bolts missing (wherever the manual says "botls preinstalled on part" they never were, they were no where to be seen. Door hinge bolts were too small and fell right through the pre drilled holes. But the most annoying thing was the pickup tube was 3" too long and made the whole thing unusable. I tried explaining this to the supplyer with photos but they refered me to an entirely different model and then lost the pictures I sent them. They were nice enough but didn't seem to understand what I was telling them. In the end I had to cut 3" off the pickup tube, which has probably voided my warrenty but at least it works. But the most fustrating of all is that Read full review

Bought this for smaller projects that don’t require my industrial blasting cabinet and media. The instructions are a bit unclear, but it’s quite self explanatory to assemble… Took me around 40-50 minutes to put together. I ended up dismantling it and making gaskets for everything just incase. Also made a bolt-on dust extractor which keeps the dust down quite a bit. Had to tac weld the mesh down, as the heat started warping it up after 2 hours of use (I did expect that to happen anyway) Been using it every day for the last month or so, I have no complaints. Probably will weld a small extension on to make it a bit deeper. Well worth the money👍

Hi, I have just finished assembling, your Sand Blasting Cabinet, I have been very pleased, with all of the parts that arrived, and thought it was good value for for what I paid. The instructions could be clearer, I am an Engineer, and even I was confused that the top plate fitted underneath the flanges and not on top I found that all of the parts were good, and that the holes lined up perfectly. There is room for improvement in the design, the port holes where the gloves are fitted, are very difficult to to fit the gloves to, and this is before the viewing window is fitted, after the window is fitted, it is virtually impossible to fit the glove in the left hand position. I overcame the problem, by fitting the portholes through, from the inside of the front panel, which means that the spigot on the porthole sticks out of the front of the cabinet, the gloves can then be fed through the hole, and folded back over the spigot, where you can clamp them onto the spigot with the Jubilee clip. Unfortunately the light is useless, unless you are in a dark workshop, this needs looking into. But overall I am very happy with my purchase. P G ByrneRead full review
