Let's be honest here and just say that you get what you pay for, the cassette is made from a cheap type of plastic that I feel will become brittle and break very quickly, the nut and bolt in the center fell out as I removed the unit from the box, It was easy to replace and tighten it up but it will probably fall out again as it is not fitted with a locking nut. as for the hose, I think it is acceptable quality but doubt I would get more than three years out of it if I am lucky, we shall see. I do not mean to sound negative as there are also good things about this hose too, it does not take up very much room and can be stored quickly. the cost of it was very low so I would not be upset if I had to buy a new one every three years. overall it is very acceptable for home use when watering the garden, washing the car etc.Read full review

Hose was cheep but you get what you pay for. Connected to my external water but but no water would flow. It was a cold day but in my opinion the hose pipe is to stiff and remains flat even when you are trying to put water through it. The external covering is made of fabric and I'm guessing that in time it would get mold or mill due on it because it would stay wet. The gun sprayer looked ok but can not review this due to the hose not working.

If you are thinking of buying this, seriously don't. As soon as I turned on the water, the reel popped and the nut and bolt holding the reel together popped off flying into the sky. This will constantly get kinks and twisted making it unusable. Poor quality and a waste of money. I wish I was still with the refund time frame because I would be sending this back. Waste of money, poor quality and please don't fall into the same trap I did. Cheap tat that does not last. Spend a bit more on something that works.

I really would avoid this. The idea is good, but it is made of flimsy plastic. Therefore the screw housing snaps off and the two halves separate, thus making the hose just a hose (i.e. tangled etc). Also, the design is so narrow that white it might be a space saver, it doesn't have the weight or footprint to stand or hang to a fixture and so will eventually have to be carried around with you if you want to use it - thus negating its very purpose. Get a decent hose trolley and a decent roller.

I am a little bit disappointed with this item the reel is VERY flimsy Fell apart within days of use. The nozzle very poor quality nearly all the features have failed within weeks. The quality is a bit iffy Now left with a length of untidy flimsy hose that leaks at tap end. VERY GOOD IDEA shame it made of cheap products.
