Does help with nausea but small fitting and can only wear for a few hours at a time. When it arrived I noticed on the packaging that you’re supposed to wear one on each wrist but only one is supplied. I have been only wearing the one as I didn’t want to order another in case it wasn’t any good but definitely helping with my nausea. Used for morning sickness
I don't know if it was a placebo effect but I couldn't be without these. I wore them all day and they were a real comfort. It didn't stop complete sickness/nausea but certainly helped and was better than nothing. For the price I cannot fault this product. I also have quite small wrists anyway and these were a good fit.
