I have severe IBD and rely on this medication to make my days easier. Although I can get them free i prefer this brand as they work well for me. That aside, the value is just amazing. I am on a tight budget so these are life savers for me. Thanks.

Best thing since Kirkland stopped!
I have horrible IBS-D and rely on Loperamide to get me through the day. I used to buy Kirkland Anti-Diarreah until they stopped being sold, and these have been a great alternative. On prescription you pay nearly £9.00 for 60 tabs, so this is great value for money bought 2 at a time! They work just as good as any Loperamide and I am able to go out as normal, eat what I like (in moderation) with ease! Thank you!

Yes these are very good . The most I have ever take is 3 capsules. You take 2 capsules as soon as you have diarrhoea if you go again you take 1capsules they do work . I mean really they do. Best capsules I have ever had.
