No hardware in the box
My new smoker showed up I was excited to build it over the weekend only to open up the package and find there was no hardware anywhere to be found so I had to go to Home Depot and pay $1.19 per screw 32 screws total in order to put my smoker together. Great smoker
Works great for smoking meats. The grease pan is small for the amount of meat you can fit in it. I don’t like how in a vertical smoker the meat juice from the higher racks drips down onto your lower meats. The ash tray is great and makes cleaning up afterwards easy. Well packaged! Assembly went flawless. I ordered RTV to seal it up but the unit was perfectly welded together. I believe it will seal itself with a few uses. My first use was a Boston butt on a windy rainy evening 50 deg. I cut the butt in half making 2 slabs 2 in thick.
