USB-C to Micro USB adapters - Anker
I rarely write any reviews, but in this case I feel I need to. The adapters are very small, which is a bonus, and fit extremely well to any existing micro USB cable, making it hard to accidentally remove them. I read a review claiming that these adapters don't provide data connection - THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE - ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CHOOSE 'FILE TRANSFER' from the options your phone will give you (the wording might vary according to model). You will get the same options when you connect your original charger, so there is nothing wrong with these adapters. They are a good price for what they offer, as if you had to buy quality cables it will work out more expensive. And I wouldn't recommend buying cheap cables, based on the reviews I have read. I'm very happy with my purchase, my only recommendation is linked to the aesthetics - it would be nice if there was a white colour option. I am very dissapointed. I used on my LG G5 which is not working for usb otg and data transfer
If you are looking for buying this item for the data transfer (i.e plug in play on your pc), don't. I have tried multiple times to do that and it did not work. Worth Paying Extra for Good Fit
My new phone was a USB C connector so I need these to change my charging cables from Micro USB to USB C. They fit very tightly to the micro USB connector and will not fall off become dislodged. Means that I can use my old Micro USB cables to charge my new USB C phone. Product looks well made and have no issues with them connecting to my phone. Overall, I'd say it's worth the extra few Pounds, to get a quality fit and product that won't fall off the end of the cable or become dislodged.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
