After years searching for an independent garage to solve the engine light problem none of whom could solve I approached the main dealer who I bought the car from who told me that the MX5 does not like some sensors from OEM,s eventually identified the part number required and purchased this one which my independent fitted fitted,so far successfully working
This iwas a straight swop for my 2012 MX5 mk3.5 pre cat 1st sensor and plugs right in. it's a replacement front regulating lamda sensor at an affordable price but still made by Denso and replaces oem part number LFG1188G1A.
