Not quite 5 star I thought I was getting Premium membership free for 6 months. Which I'd signed up for but every time I try to use the free membership I'm asked to sign up again.

Looks great, fairly easy to set up, But the strap keeps falling off ,got in touch with help line ,they were no help at all ,as I bought it new in box on eBay, there are hundreds of people with the same fault, tried another new genuine fit bit strap ,fitted as was told on help line but still falls off , several people have lost them due to falling off wrist when out running ,a complete waste of money,

I love the look and feel of this product. My main issue which could be me, is that sometimes I really struggle with stopping the watch at the end of my run as there is not a 'proper' button. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it takes 20 seconds of trying before it will stop, ruining my time!
