I bought these for grilling food in the oven and outside on the BBQ and found them perfect. Because they are wide and flat, the food doesn't stick to the grill and you can rotate them easily. Also because they are long you can keep the handles away from the heat so you don't risk burning yourself. Great buy and highly recommended.
