It would not hold a ball of wool in the compartments - it would need to be a bit bigger, and the plastic was quite rigid. Needs closure zip.
There is only one problem with this. It does not close at the top. I accidentally knocked it over and nearly everything fell out. It needs a zip to close the top. So I bought some heavy-duty velcro that sticks on both sides. Now I can close it and that's worked. It does need to be updated with zips to close it. Other than that it's great.
