Cookery book with authentic Thai flavour
this is cookery book with a difference, especially for me. My family spent years in Thailand; so did Kay Plunkett Hogg's. The difference is that she spent time with her family cook in the outside kitchen; she learned Thai, she learned how to cook. I spent mine in an office, speaking English. I've since learned to love Thai food. She grew up with it. This book shows that.
