Testament of youth
Hello the film Testament of Youth excellent movie base on the memoir of WW1 by Vera Brittain which it become a classic testimony from the war is a searing of love,war and remembrance .a powerful and passionate journey , about this family with two boys/girl and near the war the enlist to fight not much action but very powerful and sadness to the edge of despair and back again in which the two boy one by one die and the girl boyfriend it was suppose to get married it die also a couple of weeks before the war ended and VIRA the girl enlist to go as a nurse on the front to look after the injure soldiers ,she got a telegram to go back home for her mum she was quite hill and her dad left this VIRA she went to write [testament of youth ]base on her experience about the war ,the book was very successful and was heralded the voice of a generation .thank u very much i recommend this to watch regardsVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Really good interpretation of the wartime years
Having recently read "Testament of Youth" we just had to see the film version. Really excellent interpretation of the WW1 years - now please can we have a follow-up film of Vera Brittain's recovery from the trauma of war and her political career.
