Pretty good
Tracking for walking, running and cycling is pretty good but static bike and swimming is not great. Strap also gets a bit uncomfortable if you get a bit sweaty. Premium app features should be free and not worth the monthly charge. Lack of faces compared to other trackers

Great fitbit smart tracker, but cannot be used with similar fitbit devices on the app
Great fitbit product by itself, but I was hoping to use it in tandem with my Versa 4 and discovered after some searching that you cannot use both on the same fitbit app, so it became nearly impossible to use as an everyday item. Have kept it as a spare for now.

So far so good.
So far so good. I vowed I would never get another Fitbit. Fitbit Charge 2 was good. Upgraded to Fitbit charge 3 which was rubbish. Fitbit offered a very low discount to upgrade it. I changed to a different company which was fine. I then resurrected the Charge 2 but battery only lasts a couple of days. I decided to buy a Charge 5. It demands a higher OS than my iPad has but fortunately syncs to my phone. Time will tell but so far it is a great improvement on the Charge 3.

The only 'Grade B' aspect was a damaged box. It's small, unobtrusive, comfortable to wear and was easy to set up using the app.

Disappointed
The Fitbit Charge 5 is not synching to my Samsung Galaxy 21. It was on charge, but showing on 33% battery today. Watch it totally blank. Not usually. Hope to return for refund. Very disappointed
