Good product to use, but 1st gen models fail as backplates stop working
Great product, but I'm unsure about product quality as I have had to replace 4 "version 1" units that failed. Also note they failed because the "back section" stops working, whereas the front panel / fascia still works fine. However, I cannot seem to buy version 1 backplates - which are the simpler part and would "fix" the v1 stat. So I am replacing them with these "version2" models, and hopefully they last longer
