This item does not work on my iPhone X . Initially the connection works . Then within a few minutes of playing audio the iPhone responds with ‘this accessory is not compatible ‘ and stops . I have tried with another iPhone X and Xs and have the exact issue. It should state in the description if it is not compatible.

Could tell this product was cheaply made as I used it for about 3 minutes before I was hit with “This accessory is not supported by this IPhone” every 3 minutes I would get this problem forcing me to plug the aux in and out and then plugging the adapter out then back in. Avoid.
