You will find that this full-sized keyboard weighs less than 2lbs. NEC Mobile Pro900 is a part of NEC MobilePro series and has an in-built storage capacity of 64MB. You also get embedded applications such as Pocket Office, Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player and more. NEC Mobile Pro900 is a predecessor of NEC Mobile Pro900c, which is equally good in performance and usability. The only difference being, the latter handheld pc uses the Windows CE .NET operating system 4.2. Additionally, NEC Mobile Pro900c supports use of mass storage devices. Very handy little computer between a handheld and a laptop. Tablets are not always best.
Review on 26 March 2019 !! Instant on (faster than any tablet I've seen). Small size but easy to use keyboard--easier than poking at letters on a tablet. Readable screen (indoors). Adequate applications both as made by NEC and as available on the web (e.g., hpcfactor.com). Adequate storage (internal and up to 32GB CF card), especially for simply taking notes as I read at the dining table (I eat alone LOL)--I have a CF/USB adapter for my desktop PC. Maybe someday I won't find batteries for it on eBay but so far I always find one just in case one dies of old age. It is possible to find a PCMIA wireless LAN card and driver, but that is getting harder--I have three different ones collected over the past ten years. Note the differences between the 900 and the 900C--pros and cons. The 900C is extremely rare. But if you are a DIY person, it is possible to change the OS of the 900 to be a 900C.Verified purchase: Yes

Great Little Laptop

A walk back through time!
This was a real treat for me to pick up. My Dad had one of these and I used to love using it as a kid. The device is in amazing shaoe and functions like new! Screen is very clear and even the battery still holds a charge. I am very impressed!
