An important part of the best cpap system. A perfect fit to the frame of the dream wear system. Considering you have a transition from hard to soft plastic, there is very little leakage, it swivels the headgear seamlessly. The very thigh right angle allows the hose to lie atop the pillows and keep the weight off of you. Connects directly to either size of hosing so there's no transitional tubing of any kind and your tubing "koozie" can come right up to your head. Little details are important when you spend roughly a third of your life with these things.
