Failed when fitted
Fantastic service from the Hive, and really appreciate being able to still get parts for my MGB, but can't really say anything good about this switch, which is not really any fault of the Hive. The old switch failed due to age and failed O-rings in the brake balance part of the master brake cylinder. I bought this replacement, checked it all functioned OK in the circuit, and fitted it. Then noticed the terminal had remained in the plug when I unplugged it before fitting it. Sadly it is not repairable, though I might cut it in two to see if it can be reverse engineered and a better one bodged out of the bits. Noticeably, the box carried a Moss part number, which was actually more expensive when I was looking around.
