Bit disappointed. I expected a fast moving, music bopping dvd. Even the girls from Liberty X looked bored! However, it might appeal to younger people with average fitness levels who fancy themselves as dancers (maybe)
Excellent DVD featuring all the girls from Liberty X performing dance moves and routines with good music too. would recommend this DVD to most people out there!
I LIKED THE FACT THAT I WAS BUYING A FITNESS DVD INVOLVING DANCE, I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE MORE MOTIVATING THAN A NORMAL FITNESS DVD ALTHOUGH I FOUND IT QUITE HARD TO FOLLOW AND ESPECIALLY KEEP UP AS SOME OF THE MOVES WERE QUITE PROFESSIONAL. IF I WERE TO PRACTICE ALOT MORE MAYBE IT WOUL BECOME ALOT EASIER. I HAVE PURCHASED ANOTHER FITNESS DVD WHICH IS DAVINA MCCAULS AND THAT WAS IS JUST BRILLIANT, EASY TO FOLLOW AND VERY MOTIVATING.
i'm no novice to fitness dance dvd's , but i found this dvd, very hard to follow and very complicated to complete.
