Little black dress workout ..... Fabulous work out without being too strenuous - FAB
I enjoy this workout because its not too strenuous. I'm still a bit over-weight and feel that the very up-tempo workouts are sometimes a bit too hard to follow or keep up with. There are 5 workouts - of 10 minutes each I love the boxing section, although it is quite a challenge at first, after doing it a few times it becomes a bit easier.... you really can feel it working. The toning section is good but it concentrates mostly on the upper body - I really need it off my lower half... And there's a relaxing yoga(ish) section at the end which helps you to cool down and de-stress. I'd recommend this to anyone who isnt looking for anything TOO energetic with easy to follow routines.
