I've just started Pilates and this one was slow moving and more focused in breathing. The lack of exercises nearly sent me to sleep as the breathing became the main focus. Don't waste your money - buy 10 minute solutions for a satisfactory workout

Brilliant DVD that made me ache all over the next day! I would recommend this to any one with a sence of balance!!! Pilates Gymball Workout (DVD 2003)is the way forward -
I only tried this workout once and after peeling myself off the floor vowed 'never again'. I would not recommend this DVD to a beginner (like me). It is a pity that the workouts are not rated beginner, intermediate and advanced.
great dvd, just had heart op so its ideal as not too many awkward positions!!!!!! slow and tones up ,really pleased with it
