I have been using this DVD for quite a few years now. My existing DVD 'expired' so this is a replacement. The routines are so easy to follow and there are 3 difficulty levels. Use the easier ones to begin with an move on to the more difficulty. The routines vary in length from about 12 minutes to 20 minutes. Or you can combine them if you want a longer workout. Much better than going to the gym as you can fit it into your working day when you want and it is a much cheaper option too! Highly recommended
