Very good DVD for someone of my age and mobility, very easy to follow and the chair based pilates exercises are very good. Very pleased with the DVD.

I bought this particular Pilates DVD because it had Fern Britton doing the exercises, in other words, someone of average proportions & not some thin superfit person like most exercise DVDs portray.
This DVD has not given me the pilates workout i was hoping for, I have just had a baby but still found the workouts weak, however if completing all 3 in one go it is slightly tougher. Some of the exercise's are really good but there aren't enough repetitions of them to really push you.
As a new mum with a young baby I wanted to try to get back into shape but also do it sensibly. I love this dvd. It has morning afternoon and evening workouts that you can follow and it certainly works. Even if you do find the exercises a bit hard, over time they definitely get easier to do and you can feel a difference all over your body. I would recommed this dvd.
Simple and gentle Pilates exercises for any adult age or size. Instructions and demonstrations were easy to follow, especially for new people trying Pilates for the first time, and those who are returning after a break.
