good way to lose the pounds
I have tried all sorts of fitness dvds and have found them too complicated, being in my 70s cant do anything too energetic or with confusing steps. I do walk daily with my dog but not fitness walking , more of a start stop to sniff and pee, the dog that is not me, so thought I needed more umph in my routine to keep me fit in my silver years. Found this ladies enthusiasm infectious and it works, it is beginning to shift the lbs, liked it so much I have ordered more dvds, they will be good to tide me through rainy days and winter. I can recommend this dvd for people like me who have difficulty coordinating arm and leg movements, like Leslie says if anything is too complicated just go back to the walk.
